ROBOTIC WELDING

In order to create a complete motor, generator or transformer core from the electrical steel laminations, UPG Electrical has several robotic welding cells with flexible multi-axis robots that ensure welds consistently meet the highest degrees of accuracy and quality.

Weld capabilities include MIG, TIG, spot and laser welding cells, which can be tooled as necessary to accommodate all shapes, sizes and custom lamination assemblies. All of our weld systems are also complemented with vision systems and dial tables to ensure the highest levels of quality at increased outputs.
