Annealing Loader - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts

Location: Monroe, WI

The Annealing Loader position will set-up and monitor the annealing machine during operations to ensure equipment is running in proper fashion.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 


  • Able to log in in the ERP system when posting is required
  • Able to retrieve documents in ERP system, such as work instructions
  • Able to drive a Forklift
  • Read and understand work instructions, including Load and Packing instructions
  • Lift 50 pounds


Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience in manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities and Authorities 

  • Carry out quality checks based on control plan / QRR requirements and determine conformance of product characteristics and process controls with respect to requirements within the scope of the QRR; and record objective evidence of that activity accurately as required.
  • Stop production in the area of operation pertaining to this job function scope in the event the process is producing nonconforming product or waste.
  • Positively control nonconforming product and alert supervision and Quality Assurance in the event nonconforming product is discovered.
  • Understand and periodically review documentation pertaining to the job function and request revision of process documentation when appropriate.
